I worked here on a PT temporary basis. Prepping daily product and assisting on thr line during lunch rush. Cook staff were also responsible for dishes and sanitation.

I haved worked here for this long ago established (1902) fine dining restaurant as one of it's talented cooks. Our guests leans toward the harried business man and woman seeking a tasty and elegant atmosphere for lunch, dinner or a meeting.

Night Baker
Responsible for daily bread, roll, cake, pie, cookie, doughnut, puff pastry production.
Chief Baker
Industrial Baking for 2000 meal portions per meal. Breads, pies, cakes and cookies. As well as
breakfast pastries, gelatins and cake decorating. Product ordering. Over see staff of 8. Honorable discharge.
